Forty One Coffee was created to do two things: serve exceptional drinks and point people toward lasting hope.
We spent years researching, dialing in flavors, and perfecting recipes so every menu item is crafted with care—from our espresso drinks to our signature favorites.
And our name? Forty One is inspired by the significance of 41 in the Bible—recognized as the day of victory. It’s a simple reminder of our foundation: Jesus Christ gives us the victory, and we choose to live victorious—full of faith, joy, and purpose.

Shannon Brown
Forty One Coffee started with Shannon's genuine love for coffee—and people. What began as a fun hobby, making coffee for friends and family, quickly turned into a full-blown passion for all things caffeine. Shannon fell in love with the craft behind a great cup: dialing in flavors, testing recipes, and creating drinks that make people pause and smile. More than anything, she loves serving others and seeing how something as simple as a truly good coffee can brighten someone’s day.
She’s a natural-born leader, a gifted creative, and an entrepreneur at heart—having started several businesses over the years. Now, she’s building Forty One Coffee with a big vision: to grow it into a large, impactful company so more people can experience what coffee is supposed to taste like.
Fun Fact: Shannon is also an accomplished ASL interpreter and is fluent in American Sign Language.
